Tasting notes

A ruby red color with copper-colored shade. In the nose you have a strong woody aroma mixed with fruit of the variety grapes. It fills the mouth with a fresh, elegant and tannic finish.

Blend

It goes well with cheese, game and roasted meats. The best served temperature is between 20 ºC and 22 ºC.

Varieties

50% Cabernet sauvignon and 50% Syrah. Aged for a minimum of four months in American oak barrels and four months in bottles.
